Frank A. Mancari – Vice President

Frank is a lifelong resident of Syracuse, NY.  Frank has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from the State University of New York Polytechnic Institute.  Frank has over eighteen years’ experience working in financial institutions with asset levels exceeding $1.5 billion.  Frank has implemented complex marketing decision models and strategies using statistical and quantitative analysis.  Frank has been the lead employee for budgeting matters, expense management, dividend and interest rate policies, and generating positive net income while maintaining a high level of capital.  Frank completed seven underserved charter expansion areas for credit unions including the city of Fulton, NY, Elmira, NY, Cheektowaga and Buffalo, NY, Oswego County, NY and Montgomery County, NY, bringing banking and financial services where greater competition and lower banking costs are essential to the residents of those communities.  Frank is a licensed life, accident, and health insurance broker and a licensed property and casualty broker with the New York State Department of Financial Services.
