Matthew J. Mancari – Vice President 

Matthew is a lifelong resident of Syracuse NY.  Matthew excelled at both baseball and soccer in high school and played soccer at Onondaga Community College.  Matthew graduated in 2002 from the State University of New York College at Oswego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education.  Upon graduation Matthew began working at the Argiro Group.  Matthew works with many Taft Hartley funds regarding labor relations, cost containment, and member benefit maximization.  Matthew works with all insurance carriers to ensure clients receive the best possible benefits.  Matthew focuses on stop-loss management strategies, market proposals, client relationships and customer experiences.  Matthew is a licensed life, accident, and health insurance broker with the New York State Department of Financial Service.
